We start with a phone call to understand your home, your arrival patterns, and what "perfect" looks like for you. This isn't a sales call - it's a discovery conversation.
Step 2: We Learn
You complete your preference profile
We send you a detailed preference form covering everything from grocery brands to wine preferences to your dog's name. This takes about 8 minutes and becomes the foundation of every service we provide.
The more we know, the more personal every arrival feels.
Step 3: We Prepare
Your home is set before you arrive
Two days before your arrival, we confirm your preferences, build your grocery list, coordinate with florists and wine shops, and schedule your home setup.
On arrival day, we stock your kitchen, set your climate, arrange fresh flowers, and walk through your home to ensure everything is exactly right.
Step 4: You Arrive
Walk in and relax
You receive a "home is ready" message with photos. Your Pellegrino is chilled. Your wine is in the fridge. The candle you love is lit. The groceries are organized exactly how you like them.
You're in Southwest Florida. You're already relaxed.
What Happens Next
Before your arrival, everything is confirmed - groceries stocked, home prepared, any reservations made, and every detail in place.
We follow up within 24 hours of your arrival to make sure everything felt exactly right. If anything needs adjusting, we handle it.
When you leave, we confirm the property is secure and ready for your next visit. For Season and Estate clients, we stay connected year-round so your home is always prepared the moment you decide to return.
